The Customer Information team are on hand to help make your visit to The Chimes as enjoyable and relaxing as possible. Should you require any information about the Centre or the surrounding area, the Customer Information Desk can be found on the upper mall by Republic.
Photocopying, faxing and laminating facilities are all available from the Customer Information Desk, charges are as follows:

It is possible to hire a wheelchair from the Customer Information Desk, a refundable £20.00 deposit is required.
Registered disabled drivers may exchange their car parking tickets at the Customer Information Desk to obtain free parking.
Documentation is required.
If you have lost an item of property in The Chimes, visit the Customer Information desk to register the details.
In the case of lost children, please report to a member of the Customer Information Team. Please note we are unable to make PA
announcements for children over the age of 12.
